Presenting the New "Da Janitor" paddle
Model #3




This paddle was custom made by a woodworking artist - who happens to be Z's son in law.    He has constructed all 3 "Da Janitor" paddles over the last eight years.  Each paddle has been improved as his skill has improved.  This recent paddle is made with the following specifications.

Wood-  Aromatic Cedar and Rock Maple  - which makes the paddle both strong and light weight.
Construction - DoveTail  - the two woods are dovetailed so that the paddle won't crack with use.
Engravings - Burned endgravings.  Da Janitor's Signature, Model # and artists signature.
Finish -  Four coats of hand rubbed tung oil

More Facts:   Model #2 of Da Janitor paddle is a bit too heavy in weight for it's intended purpose.  The model #1 shown above was actually perfect in weight, but ended up cracking along the seam, right through the lettering.   This third paddle with it's strengh and light weight will provide Da Janitor with a lifetime of paddling enjoyment!   Model # 1 will now be retired to the Janitorial Hall of Fame!  It has spanked many naughty girls tushies over the years and some of you might even rub your behinds and smile at the memories!
